Masters Scholarship available within SIMWOOD project

UCD Forestry would like to recruit a Masters candidate to conduct research into understanding the socio‐economic factors that influence forest owners’ decision‐making processes with respect to wood mobilisation. Applications are sought from highly motivated individuals who have an excellent academic record.

The Masters Scholarship will be €22,000 per annum for two years. The study will commence as soon as possible. After tuition fees have been deducted (€6,000 for EU students in 2014/15), the remainder of the scholarship will be paid as a tax‐free stipend.
